Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Thank you for choosing Vidyaaytan Prep. We are committed to providing high-quality educational content and test series for competitive exams like JEE, NEET, GATE, and CSIR-NET.

Since our products are digital goods (online test series) that grant immediate access to premium content upon purchase, we generally maintain a "No Refund Policy" once the course/test series has been accessed or used. However, we do offer refunds in specific technical scenarios mentioned below.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Before Activation: If you have made a payment but the plan has not been activated on your dashboard due to a technical error, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours.
• After Activation: Once the test series is active and you have attempted any paid test (or viewed premium solutions), cancellation is not possible.
• Subscription Renewal: For auto-renewal plans (if applicable), you must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

3. When is a Refund Applicable?

We will issue a full refund ONLY under the following circumstances:

• Double Payment: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a server glitch.
• Service Unavailability: If the premium content is entirely inaccessible for more than 48 hours continuously due to server issues on our end.
• Wrong Course Purchase: If you accidentally bought the wrong course and reported it to us within 24 hours (provided no tests were attempted). We can swap the course or refund the amount.

Note: Refunds will NOT be issued for "change of mind" or "dissatisfaction with difficulty level" as free mock tests are provided beforehand for quality assessment.

4. Refund Timeline & Mode

If your refund request is approved:

• The amount will be refunded to the original payment mode (Credit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).
• Processing time typically takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank's policy.
